When you upgrade to a Premium bidder and add your credit card for the first time, we verify your card with your bank. We do this through an authorisation of £0.50p.
This may appear as a “pending transaction” in your credit card. However, we do not proceed with charging the £0.50p amount and it will not appear as a charge on your statement. The authorisation will lapse after no longer than 5-10 business days.
