There are 3 possible reasons for a “Not Approved” message on auctions page:
Check the Start and End Dates: Ensure that the start date and time of your auction are set for the future. If the start time has already passed, update it to a future time. The same applies to the end date and time.
Select the Primary Image: Make sure you’ve chosen the primary image for the auction gallery. Once selected, the ‘Not Approved’ message will switch to ‘This auction is approved’ in green.
Meet Image Requirements: Verify that your auction meets the minimum image requirement, which is typically more than three images. Ensure you’ve added more than three images, and select the primary photo. This action should update the auction status to ‘approved.’
If the issue persists after these steps, double-check for any errors or missing information in the auction listing. Additionally, review any error messages or notifications that may provide further insight into why the auction is not approved. If you continue to experience difficulties, reach out to our support team for further assistance, providing relevant details about the auction in question.
