If the owner of the goods settles their payment post-auction, the Seller is required to notify the winning bidder and request their banking details for a full refund through iBidonStorage’s platform.
Upon the removal of the goods from the facility by the winning bidder, they assume possession of the items. At this point, the Seller may initiate a discussion with the winning bidder to determine the next steps. In certain cases, the winning bidder may express interest in selling the goods back to the Seller, contingent upon the nature of the items involved.
