If the buyer has not fully cleared the unit to your satisfaction or has left items behind, you are entitled to retain the Cleaning Deposit. In cases where no cleaning deposit has been paid, our policy dictates that we will suspend the user’s account and request that they provide the stipulated cleaning deposit. Failure to comply may result in a permanent ban from our platform.
Additionally, some Sellers opt to relist any items left behind in the unit so that the remaining goods can be removed from the unit.
