To get your deposit refunded, please send us photos of the cleaned unit. If you don’t have any pictures, we’ll ask the Seller to confirm that the unit is clean.
Once the Seller verifies the cleanliness, we’ll process your refund. You’ll need to provide your banking details to iBidOnStorage for the deposit to be returned.
Note: Cleaning deposits are held for up to 5 days. If the storage operator confirms that the deposit can be returned before then, we’ll process it earlier.
