Missing Items: Can you provide details about the missing items? (e.g., names, quantities, estimated values)
Facility Staff: Have you talked to any staff or management at the facility about the inventory issue?
Misplacement: Is it possible that the items were misplaced or mislabeled within the facility?
Goods Removed: Did you take any goods off the premises?
If YES: We can’t refund you for the auction. Once the goods leave the premises, you assume ownership and risk for any ‘missing’ items.
If NO: Please email us photos of the goods in the unit and what you claim is missing. We’ll forward this to the Seller to approve your refund.
